Our Story
Timti Engineering and Consultancy Services (TECS) PLC was established to address a gap that every project owner in Cameroon knows well; the absence of a reliable, independent technical partner who works solely in the client’s interest.
We are a registered civil engineering consultancy based in Bamenda, North West Region. Our work takes us across Cameroon to construction sites, project offices and planning meetings where our role is always the same: to give technical advice that is accurate, and oversight that is rigorous.
TECS serves government agencies, municipal councils, private developers and international programme funders.
